The standard LifeSpace 1™ has one entrance and has 160 sq. Ft. of open living space to accommodate a couple or a parent with children. The LifeSpace 2™ Shelter is the same size but partitioned in half with two separate entrances with 80 sq. ft. of space for two different occupants.
LS 4-8
The standard LifeSpace 4™ Shelter footprint size is 16'x20' and has four separate secured rooms and entries. The LifeSpace 8™ Shelter is 16'x40' which provides eight separate secured rooms and entries. Family shelters available as shown above with different exterior features.

1 Bedroom Set'nGo Flat
This ParkSide™ charmer has 1 bedroom, a living space, 1 full bath, a kitchenette with dining space. It is classified as an RV/ADU, has RV hookups and is quickly deployed for long-term living. Exterior and pitch roof options available.
1&2 Bedroom Cottage
Both the 20x30 and 20x40 (approx.) DeckHouse™ and ParkSide™ models with 1 or 2 bedrooms are appropriate for families. Each comes with 1 full bath, and a kitchenette with dining space. Many options available. Contact us for details.

Steel Frame: Every LifeSpace Shelter™ is manufactured starting with a powder-coated 100% carbon steel reinforced frame that provides exceptional durability and protection from the elements.
Insulated Walls: Steel-insulated walls and ceiling paired with aluminum-insulated siding offer 4" barrier of superior thermal efficiency and fire and pest resistance.
Solid Flooring: Our shelters feature a concrete fiberboard subfloor topped with SPC flooring for comfort and longevity which is 5 times stronger than plywood.
Electrical: Every LifeSpace Shelter™ has a 30 amp electrical service package built in. The electrical outlets also include USB ports. The exterior hook up is a standard RV flush mount 30 amp twist lock cord that can be plugged in immediately to any external power source.
Habitability Standards: Every LifeSpace Shelter™ meets and exceeds state standards for shelters, transitional and permanent housing.
