Single & Duplex Emergency Shelters

Emergency Housing - No Assembly Required!

Single or Duplex Shelters

LifeSpace™  Shelters are engineered for strength, durability, security, and convenience. Each LifeSpace shelter starts with a proprietary reinforced heavy-duty 100% all-steel welded frame designed to withstand the outdoors and harsh weather conditions. The standard LifeSpace One™ has one entrance and has 160 sq. Ft. of open living space to accommodate a couple or a parent with children. The  LifeSpace Two™ Shelter is the same size but partitioned in half with two separate entrances with 80 sq. ft. of space for two different occupants.

Next-Gen Graphene-Insulated Steel Wall Panels

LifeSpace™ Shelters use only commercial grade ShieldCore™ by UtilityMate® vertical steel insulated panels (SIPs) which are comprised of an advanced insulation core (Graphene & EPS) that is pressed, sealed and interlocked between two finished steel facings. ShieldCore™ SIPs provide the most thermally efficient steel wall system on the market, protecting against extreme weather outside, while maintaining the temperature inside.

Commercial Flooring & Concrete Sub Flooring

LifeSpace™  Shelters uses commercial grade SPC flooring panels that come in a variety of looks and finishes. The SPC paneling we use is water resistant, easy to clean and ecofriendly.  Rather than using plywood or other wood products as sub flooring, all of our buildings have commercial and industrial grade 1/2" concrete fiberboard as the subflooring with steel cross beams which create superior strength, durability and resistance to high moisture, fire and pests. They are low maintenance and have longer lifespans. Concrete fiberboard by UtilityMate® and welded carbon steel have superior dimensional stability compared to wood frames, meaning it is not prone to warping, shrinking, or expanding with changes due to the everchanging climate conditions outside.

Temporary vs. Permanent Placement

LifeSpace™ Shelters is truly unique from the ground up because of the way they are built, allowing the buyer the opportunity to have the shelter placed as a temporary or permanent structure. This makes deployment a snap, with the ability to relocate the LifeSpace™ Shelters when needed. These  are actually classified as a temporary modular mobile buildings. The proprietary Design incorporates a heavy-duty steel frame combined with steel insulated wall and ceiling panels. The concrete fiber board subflooring practically makes every unit almost indestructible.

The Floorplan & Commercial Construction

LifeSpace™ Shelters floor plan was designed with complete functionality, comfort, and livability in mind. We provide a complete open floorplan in each secured room with plenty of power outlets (2 per room), recessed LED light fixtures, with a smooth interior steel wall and ceiling finish on the inside that allows for easy cleaning by the occupant.

LifeSpace™ Shelters are manufactured using only commercial and industrial grade building materials. Specifically designed for repeated deployment, every structure is nearly indestructible, resistant to fire, easy to clean, secure, energy efficient and yet aesthetically pleasing to the eye and the environment surrounding it. The 30-amp electrical services are built in and the steel framed  floor allows the LifeSpace™ Shelter to be placed almost anywhere.
