Single & Duplex Shelters
Forged in Steel, Every LifeSpace™ Shelter or housing unit, regardless of size, starts with a 100% heavy duty steel-frame with high-density graphene thermal insulated metal core panels for the walls and ceilings. Each unit has an exterior key pad locking steel door and an aluminum framed double-pane tempered security glass or polycarbonate unbreakable egress window. Security is a non-negotiable aspect of our design philosophy providing a safe secure environment. The benefits of an all-steel structure are the reduced maintenance, fire -pest-mold resistance, and easy to clean both inside and out.
MultiPlex & Family Housing Options
Meticulously engineered for durability, security, and livability. Whether your needs are mobile or permanent, each unit is a testament to our commitment to quality and strength. Boasting a reinforced heavy-duty all-steel powder-coated frame and exterior structure is designed to withstand the test of time and mother nature. The standard LifeSpace™ FourPlex Shelter foot print size is 16'x20' and has four separate secured rooms and entries. and the LifeSpace 8™ Shelter is 16'x40' which provides eight separate secured rooms and entries.

We have deployable, commercial structures that add secure and safe space to any housing community needing affordable, temporary or permanent expansion. 100% turnkey solutions for Meeting rooms, administrative space, counseling centers, food co-op or commissary, laundry facility, restrooms and medical and dental evaluation centers, as well as many other possible uses.
We can also offer customization options for the exterior that allow developers to tailor the appearance of the units based on their location, application and the intended use of the structures. The sizes range from 383 to 785 square ft.
